Massive evaporation surfaces require rigid structural containment during long-run prep shifts. This heavy-duty commercial cover accelerates boiling cycles and seals in flavors across oversized commissary stock vessels and large braziers.

• Heavy-gauge commercial stainless steel construction resists warpage, pitting, and thermal shock under continuous high-volume steam.
• Centrally welded, wide-stance bridge handle allows a confident, steady grip when lifting with thick baker pads or heavy heat mitts.
• Precision 19.5" diameter profile fits Browne Thermalloy cookware lines including models 5724029, 5723960, 5723980, and 5724000.
