Position Overview

Superior Equipment & Supply Co. is seeking a dependable, hardworking Stock Associate whose primary responsibility is keeping our warehouse and Cash & Carry store fully stocked, organized, and ready for business.

This active, hands-on position involves unloading merchandise, putting products away in designated warehouse locations, replenishing store shelves, and keeping inventory accessible and orderly. You will also support order picking, customer loading, and other daily operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Stocking & Organization

  • Unload incoming shipments and move merchandise to designated storage locations.
  • Stock and organize warehouse shelves, racks, and back-stock areas.
  • Keep products in their assigned locations with labels visible and merchandise accessible.
  • Rotate inventory as appropriate and report damaged products or inventory discrepancies.
  • Keep aisles and storage areas clean, orderly, and clear of obstructions.

Store Stocking & Replenishment

  • Replenish store shelves from warehouse inventory throughout the day.
  • Identify empty or low-stock shelves and restock promptly.
  • Keep merchandise neatly arranged, correctly located, and ready for customers.
  • Check shelf labels and report missing tags, misplaced products, or stocking issues.
  • Coordinate with the store and warehouse team to prioritize replenishment needs.

Additional Support

  • Pick and stage customer orders accurately.
  • Prepare merchandise for pickup and delivery.
  • Assist customers with loading products into vehicles.
  • Help maintain clean, safe warehouse and retail areas.

Qualifications

  • Stocking, warehouse, retail replenishment, or material-handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to consistently lift and move products weighing 50+ pounds.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to putting products in the correct locations.
  • Dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay productive.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with the team.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
