What You'll Do

As our Senior Commercial Projects Sales Executive, you'll identify, develop, and manage large commercial opportunities from concept through completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing relationships with General Contractors, Architects, Developers, Foodservice Consultants, and Engineers.
  • Pursuing commercial construction, renovation, healthcare, education, hospitality, government, and institutional projects.
  • Meeting with project stakeholders early in the design process.
  • Reviewing project plans and specifications.
  • Preparing comprehensive equipment proposals.
  • Coordinating with our design, purchasing, project management, and operations teams.
  • Managing multiple opportunities through long sales cycles.
  • Becoming a trusted resource for customers planning significant capital investments.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven success in business development or outside sales
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred
