Role Description

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours! As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for the overall sales and relationship management efforts for existing and prospective customers within your assigned territory. This includes pursuing new customers, deepening and strengthening existing customer relationships, and sales territory management.

Qualifications

  •  Proven experience in chemical sales, account management, or business development
  •  Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to service machines and equipment
  •  understand and articulate product features and benefits
  •  Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
  •  Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
  •  Strong market knowledge and the ability to identify new business opportunities
  •  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Customer service-oriented mindset, with a focus on building long-term relationships

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of business (current customers and prospects)
  • Track and complete all assigned sales CRM metrics (calls, quotes, emails, tasks, meetings) in company CRM, Salesforce, and keep current by updating information daily.
  • Meet and/or exceed set margin targets
  • Proactively reach out to organizations, companies, restaurants, associations that may need Superior services and products.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  •  Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Wages:

  • Compensation: USD $55K-$75K
  • Our merit-based salary & commission compensation plan offers exceptional growth opportunities. We provide medical & dental insurance, 401K retirement fund, profit sharing, paid holidays, personal days and paid vacation.

Requirement
