eCommerce & GSA Data Entry Specialist

About the Role

Superior Equipment & Supply Co. is hiring a highly detail-oriented professional to manage eCommerce product data and GSA contract catalogs. This role owns product accuracy, pricing integrity, and compliance across our online store and government platforms.

This is not a creative role. It is a data accuracy, compliance, and execution role where precision is essential.


Core Responsibilities

Product & Catalog Data (eCommerce + GSA)

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings (SKUs, specs, descriptions)
  • Upload images, spec sheets, manuals, and compliance documents
  • Assign products to correct categories, collections, and contract groupings
  • Maintain consistent formatting and naming standards

Pricing & Compliance

  • Enter and maintain pricing from approved vendor price lists
  • Apply correct customer group pricing, promotions, and contract pricing
  • Ensure all GSA pricing aligns with awarded contract terms
  • Flag pricing discrepancies or margin risks immediately

GSA Contract Maintenance

  • Maintain GSA Advantage and contract catalogs
  • Track additions, deletions, and modifications per GSA rules
  • Support audits, contract updates, and documentation requests

Quality Control & Auditing

  • Perform routine audits of eCommerce and GSA listings
  • Validate discontinued items and ensure data matches source documentation
  • Reduce errors that lead to customer issues or compliance risk

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Data Accuracy: 99%+ accuracy across product and pricing entries
  • Compliance: Zero GSA disqualifications due to data errors
  • Audit Readiness: All requested documentation delivered on time
  • Error Resolution: Discrepancies identified and corrected promptly

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Exceptional attention to detail and consistency
  • Experience with data entry, product administration, or eCommerce operations
  • Comfortable working in Excel and Shopify
  • Ability to follow documented processes without shortcuts

Preferred

  • Experience with GSA Advantage or government contract catalogs
  • Familiarity with ERP, POS, or product information systems
  • Experience handling large vendor price lists or bulk data files
