Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator is a bilingual (Spanish/English), detail-driven professional who supports sales, manages order flow, coordinates service, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

This is a high-impact role at the center of our operation, ensuring accuracy, speed, and professionalism across every customer interaction.

Core Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Order Management

  • Support the sales team with quotes, order entry, and follow-ups
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing
  • Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment

2. Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver top-tier service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance on products, pricing, and availability
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and service

3. Service & Warranty Coordination

  • Coordinate service calls and warranty requests
  • Track and follow up to ensure timely resolution

4. Customer Account Management

  • Maintain customer accounts, pricing, and reorder guides
  • Support customer growth through organized and accurate data

5. Financing & Cash & Carry Support

  • Assist customers with equipment financing options and applications
  • Provide a professional and efficient Cash & Carry checkout experience

What We Are Looking For

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers (email, spreadsheets, CRM/order systems)

Preferred Experience

  • Foodservice, distribution, or retail experience
  • Experience with financing or customer applications
