We're looking for a mechanically inclined, hands-on professional who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and building things the right way.
If you're the type of person who enjoys assembling equipment, working in a warehouse environment, operating forklifts, and helping prepare projects for delivery and installation, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Every day is different. One day you may be assembling stainless steel worktables and shelving systems. The next day you may be helping prepare a complete restaurant project for delivery.
This is not an assembly line job. It's a skilled, active position where your work directly impacts our customers and projects.
What You'll Do
Equipment Assembly & Preparation
- Assemble commercial foodservice equipment, furniture, shelving, sinks, and workstations
- Install legs, casters, shelving components, hardware, and accessories
- Read assembly diagrams and instructions accurately
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Uncrate incoming equipment and inspect for damage or shortages
- Prepare finished equipment for delivery, installation, or showroom display
Warehouse Operations
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- Stage and organize customer orders
- Wrap, secure, and prepare outgoing shipments
- Maintain an organized and professional warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory and stocking activities
Delivery & Installation Support
- Assist with customer deliveries when needed
- Help transport, position, and install equipment at customer locations
- Work alongside delivery and installation crews
- Represent Superior Equipment professionally at customer sites
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Previous assembly, construction, warehouse, maintenance, or installation experience
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Forklift and pallet jack experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
