We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, customer-focused Cash & Carry Store Associate to join our team.
About the Position
The Cash & Carry Store Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service while keeping our store clean, organized, stocked, accurately priced, and ready for customers.
This is an active, hands-on position. The right candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, stays productive throughout the day, pays attention to detail, and doesn't need to be constantly reminded what needs to be done.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Help customers locate products and answer basic product questions.
- Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions.
- Count and verify merchandise before completing customer purchases.
- Follow required product scanning and order verification procedures.
- Stock shelves and displays daily and maintain proper product presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items.
- Maintain accurate pricing and replace price labels when needed.
- Keep shelves, counters, displays, floors, and customer areas clean and organized.
- Set up and maintain product and promotional displays.
- Keep back-stock areas organized and accessible.
- Assist with inventory and other store-related responsibilities.
- Work closely with the Cash & Carry and warehouse teams.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Accuracy Is Important
Our customers depend on us to provide the correct products and quantities.
Every order must be properly counted, scanned, and verified before merchandise leaves the store. Our procedures must be followed every time—even when a customer is waiting or an order is rushed.
If something doesn't verify correctly, the employee is expected to stop and notify a supervisor rather than guessing or bypassing the process.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous retail, cashier, customer service, warehouse, or foodservice experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

We are looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and takes care of it—not someone who waits to be told.
When customer traffic is slow or an assigned task is completed, we expect our team members to look for the next productive task, whether that's stocking, cleaning, organizing, checking inventory, or helping another team member.
Professional behavior and productivity are important. Excessive socializing or personal conversations that interfere with work are not acceptable.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift, carry, and move merchandise.
- Stock shelves and displays.
- Bend, reach, push, and pull as needed.
- Safely handle products and maintain an organized sales floor.
