Key Responsibilities

Bid & Proposal Management

  • Review RFPs and bid invitations for requirements
  • Prepare and submit complete bid packages
  • Track bid calendars and submission deadlines

Pricing & Vendor Coordination

  • Request pricing from manufacturers and distributors
  • Compare quotes for accuracy and margin compliance
  • Coordinate pricing approvals with leadership

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all bids meet contract and customer requirements
  • Maintain certifications and compliance documentation
  • Prevent disqualifications due to paperwork errors

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • On-Time Submission Rate: 98–100%
  • Bid Accuracy: <1% pricing or doc errors
  • Compliance: Zero paperwork disqualifications

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
