Superior Equipment & Supply Co. is one of Wisconsin's leading foodservice equipment and supply companies, serving restaurants, schools, hospitals, stadiums, and commercial kitchens throughout the state.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Receiving & Inventory Clerk who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting things done right the first time.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk inventory position.

You will be on your feet, receiving freight, checking shipments, organizing inventory, performing cycle counts, and helping maintain a warehouse that operates efficiently and accurately every day.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Receiving incoming freight from vendors and carriers
  • Inspecting shipments for shortages, damages, and accuracy
  • Verifying packing slips and purchase orders
  • Labeling and stocking inventory in the proper locations
  • Performing cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Investigating inventory discrepancies
  • Maintaining organized warehouse storage locations
  • Assisting with inventory control and stock replenishment
  • Supporting warehouse operations as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous receiving, inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive
  • Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help the team
