High performance cleaning solution for presoaking silver, flatware, stainless steel tableware, pans, trays, and other food preparation equipment. Silverware PreSoak loosens dried and hardened food soils prior to manual or machine cleaning. Effectively removes protein, starch, and other difficult soils. Low foam will not interfere with dish machine operation. Silverware PreSoak contains corrosion inhibitors and metal protectors. Safe to use on metal and plastic surfaces.
