Tour Name: Mardi Gras Carnival

Tour Description: Let SCC take you on a journey to taste the Creole and Cajun foods and culture of NOLA. Gumbo bubbling on the stove, peel-and-eat shrimp with a side of remoulade and…poof…a flaming dessert. If you squint, you might swear you were in New Orleans. Bring your appetite for learning Big Easy techniques and get set to rock your taste buds’ world.

Superior Culinary Tours is an interactive hand on cooking & dining experience There is plenty of hands on participation, from novice to professional, to make this a truly memorable and inviting opportunity. Please join us for a fun and educational culinary experience. Your guests will learn how to use the kitchen tools like a Pro. Whether you are a beginner or a gourmet cook, you’ll take home delicious recipes and techniques to create your own signature cuisine, it is a great way to lay a foundation of kitchen skills to build on. Each guest is provided with a tip-filled handout complete with timesaving techniques and recipes.

Cost Per Person: $35.00

Menu: Po’ Boys, Cajun Coleslaw, Creole Crab Cakes & Remoulade Sauce Bananas Foster and Vanilla Ice Cream

Tour Duration: 3 Hours

Minimum Guests Required: 24

What’s Included:

Experienced staff to instruct and assist. A 3-hour hands-on cooking experience that includes three recipes and a party drink.

Meal: Pick your choice of menu based on your cooking theme.

All cooking supplies and ingredients, cups, plates, napkins and all cooking utensils

Recipe cards for the meal created at the party

Exclusive use of our facility

Set up and clean up included in the price.

What to Expect:

Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our tours you'll work together with other guests in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

Tours are 3 hours, unless otherwise noted above

You will work with other guests in groups of 6

You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the tour

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back

You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
