Event Description: This Bountiful Harvest Gathering is downright delicious in every way - In this hands-on culinary cooking party we’ll show you how to transform the best spring and summer produce into a variety of savory dishes. One of the hottest restaurant trends in recent years, farm-to-table cooking focuses on using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. Our instructor will walk you through techniques for everything from roasting and blanching to creating a perfectly risen soufflé. You'll enjoy working alongside party mates to create a creamy Butternut Squash “risotto" and one of the best frittatas you've ever tasted. Plus, we'll show you how to create a vinaigrette that's so simple and flavorful, you'll wonder why you ever settled for bottled dressing.

Superior Senior Field Trips program was created to make a difference in the lives of as many people as possible; by teaching life lessons with Culinary Arts. Many individuals want to go back to basics and understand how to eat healthy, nutritious meals. Our interactive hands-on program offers an understanding on how to make healthy food choices and learn about portion control. We also offer safety and sanitization, knife skills and the basics of meal preparation and planning.
What to Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes your guests will work together with other guests in a fun, hands-on environment or an interactive demo led by our professional chef instructors.
For Hands on Cooking Event: Active participation—your guests will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please have guests wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
They will learn valuable cooking skills while making a delicious meal and creating memories that will linger long after the last bite of dessert is gone. From tapas to healthy cooking to cupcake wars, we can customize a menu to fit your group’s needs and tastes.
We can execute any combination of hands-on or demonstration activity, or we can simply support your event by catering your meal or cocktail party in our event space.
